Never just rains
My mother is in the hospital again. This time she seems to have a kidney stone. I hope they can fix her. She's in her 80's, so I hope they don't have to operate.
Not to sound too selfish, but she was the only one that I could talk to in the family about all the crap that's been going on. Nobody else will listen to me and half of them are involved anyway.
I did get to speak to my brother Jim, though, and he's about the only family member I have that hasn't really screwed me over or pissed me off in one way or another, well, not in any serious way.
Apparently, my mother kind of filled him in on some of what's been going on up here. That's kind of a comfort, anyway. At least he's not against me.
Wow, what a life.
