NEURO UPDATE
OK, so this is just tooooooooo funny so get you a drink and be ready to spew if you don't swallow quickly enough. Neuro and testing says......surprise....."I'm perfect fine." Uh, sure I just collect pills for a hobby. All the colors are so bright & cheerful. ROFLOL Besides, if I shake my pill bottles, I can make music! ROFLOL So will be researching and trying COGENTIN with MAGNISIUM 800 MG daily. Basically, it's all muscular and I have too much dopamine in my brain (ROFLOL I"M TOO BLANKIN' HAPPY!) which is potentially causing the jerks. I'm sorry but Dopamine is the "feel good" chemical in your brain and maybe mom's been right all along with my optimistic outlook (cock-eyed optimist she calls me), I'm just too freaking chemically based "happy". ROFLOL ROFLOL ROFLOL Sorry, but that cracks me up. "Ma'am, you have too many happy chemicals of Dopamine in your brain so we have to depress you down a bit to control the jerks." ROFLOL Can you believe it???? Oh, anyway, this neuro knows I'm shot to crap, literally, as my med file is a novel, and he thinks I should start my own NON PROFIT AS A CONSULTANT to assist other NON PROFITS because I am helping his NON PROFIT which he began to assist the MS and Chronic Neurological Disorders that were in the area. They are a support group and yes, I can do the work, write the grants, get the money, etc. I know all the hoops and tricks. BUT REALLY! HELL FIRE MAN! DIDN'T YOU READ MY REPORT AND LOOK AT THE HANDFUL OF SCRIPTS YOU JUST GAVE ME? ROFLOL ROFLOL ROFLOL God love him, maybe he's in denial about my condition more so than me? ROFLOL It's just too funny. I shall giggle all day on that one. However, if the COGENTIN works, I may not giggle as much as my dopamine will level out and I won't be "imbalanced" any longer. ROFLOL ROFLOL Now, I will still stagger and all the other fun attributes but I won't find it so humorous any more. ROFLOL ROFLOL Pain is HORRIFIC but I still laffing. Oh, yeah, too much dopamine in my brain. ROFLOL Scotty, beam me up. No intelligent life found. ROFLOL

I know, Liane, is this not just to freakin\' hysterical ironic? ROFLOL Cogentin is for Parkinson Disease and effects the brain tranmissions, like duh, and I\'ve been on a Parkinson\' based med before, it helped but made me SO DEPRESSED. I think if this does the same, I stay HAPPY and deal with the pain. HUGS
What a catch 22! I imagine you are so frustrated! I know I have been. Could you try just treating the symptoms till they figure this out, or are they going to just throw up their hands and go \"I don\'t know!\"? (I know you can\'t write with that many endings...I couldn\'t make up my mind!

NAN - I\'ve decided tho I love my new neuro, if this doesn\'t work, I QUIT. I\'ll stay on the \"old\" regime and just live the best I know how. I can\'t afford the $$$ to be a guinea pig anymore. Besides, I think my malady gives my poor neuro a headache since it ain\'t in the books....ROFLOL Hugs
