Nervous Nervous Nervous
It's been awhile since I've posted on here. A lot has been happening some good and some bad. I recently lost my cat due to cancer and had to put her down a month ago. It's been the hardest thing I've had to go through and it turned my world upside down. I'm still trying to cope with this huge loss because she was our first animal and we've made memories with her and loved her for 12 years and I'm taking it a day at a time. My anxiety over the past year has become more of a struggle. I've been having panic attacks and lately they've become a little more extreme. The emotional stress I've dealt with the loss of my cat added to it, the stress of family life, my depression, and worrying what people think has taken a toll.
A few days after I saw my cat for the last time, I was laying in bed struggling to take a deep breath. My chest was tightening, my heart was racing and my breathing was a bit of a problem. I went to take a warm bath because it's always helped when I had back aches, it's helped me relax. All of a sudden I began to shiver, I was freezing . I get out of the bathtub and went to calm down in my mom's room and she went in to feel the temperature of the water in the bathtub. She said the water was still warm and that I was beginning to hyperventilate. Very scary. I was scared to death. It was a real eye opener for me. I need to get a handle on my anxiety and not stress out. I have a meeting tomorrow to talk to this person about my learning disability. I'm a nervous wreck. I feel sick. I've recently been told that I wouldn't be able to live on my own because I cannot do certain things. help. I disagree with that statement. So, I'm trying to do whatever it takes to stay as calm and relaxed as I can. It's important to take care of your body, because if you don't, your body will tell you otherwise.
