Nerves
Our next ultrasound is less than a week away and my nerves are already high. Praying that there is a fetal pole. I continue to have occasional light cramping, but nothing is constant nor severe, and no spotting. I really wonder what a "real" non infertile woman experiences during this part of their pregnancy. I mean, do they too worry about each pain?? Or do they actually just get to enjoy being pregnant without all the worry? I am so happy, but know I am holding back in case.... I am so angry with infertility and how it takes away from this moment. Tomorrow I will be 6 weeks, and for that PRAISE GOD! But I realize I still have 6 or 7 weeks until I can breathe a little easier.... That seems like FOREVER!!! Sorry..... Too much thinking I guess....

I secretly get irritated with some of my friends because I don\'t think they do have any of the worry we do. It\'s like miscarriage is not a common thing in their minds and its one of those things that \"happens to other people\". None of my friends knew what a beta was or why the numbers were important.... Guessing they peed on a stick and immediately jumped for joy. . Simple as that. I have seen most take drinks of wine/beer without a second thought, play risk sports, keep working out with zero concern for the fetus, never a worry about ultrasounds. It\'s kind of annoying. And they definitely don\'t understand why I hold my breathe each step. But part of me realizes that I appreciate this pregnancy so much more than they ever will. I talk to God everyday thanking him for this incredible gift. I soak in every little moment because I know it can be taken away like it was given. I think it makes us richer women and better parents :)
I\'m sure your little one is growing just fine in there! Looking forward to hearing about your next ultrasound!!
The nerves are normal- it does get better as time goes on but never really stops. I still look for blood every time I pee and I\'m almost 14 weeks. I\'m so excited! Cannot wait to hear how tomorrow goes!
