Need to clean up my act ~ LITERALLY
October 3, 2012
I woke up this morning, and wanted to have a yogurt but I couldn't. I have no clean silverware in my house. I just keep laying on the couch than my own filth. The sad part is that didn't even bother me.
It wasn't until it dawn on me that my constant scratching and scabs on her neck are most likely due to the filthy conditions I'm living in.I finally stopped and thought I have marks that I can't really explain been thinking about episodes of animal hoarders that animals can live like this. She's well fed, clean litter box, plenty of water, but as her owner she deserves better. Hell, I deserve better.
Until I lost my health insurance and I was fully medicated things were getting better in my apartment, then once the depression kicked in back to the point I wasn't getting up off the couch. When I don't get off the couch there is no personal hygiene whatsoever. I wasn't seeing anybody so why bother.
I have no clue how things got to be this bad. this is not how I grew up and all. I'm ashamed of how I'm living. If I had any doubt that I can live without medication to treat my bipolar disorder, the way I'm living now proofs that I can't.
