Need positive thoughts.. bleeding

Bleeding quite a bit today... and it's red. Called docs office but since I'm not really cramping and not enough blood to fill a couple of pads an hour, there's nothing to do at this point. It's slowed down, back to minor spotting, but there's red when I wipe. Maybe it's my fibroids?  Nurse said to just put my feet up, rest and drink a lot of fluids. We'll see what's going on during my scheduled ultrasound this Monday. Would appreciate any positive thoughts/vibrations and prayers so I can make it through this weekend.
