need advise
One of my sons is a meth addict. He has a bench warrent for his arrest. Will not turn himself in. To make matters worse the car he drives is in my name and insurance, I am currently trying to get it out of my name. He has a daughter I am NOW not allowed to see without moms approval and at her place. He needs rehab, but I know from others in my family that it won't work till he is ready.

It's very hard with your granddaughter in the middle. For me I would put her first. Does insuring and registering the car for your son put her in danger? It surely isn't good for him or you if he uses and drives..
I suffer much debt due to getting my son to rehab and can't retire when I'd like to now. The effects from their use is far reaching. If he's refusing to let you see your granddaughter he's certainly not well and manipulating you with the child. Does the mom use too? It's hard but being truthful about the situation makes it easier. Protect yourself and granddaughter would be my advice. Hope this helps.
