Neck Update

On Thurs. 5/18, I go for a consultation with a neurosurgeon.  I am quite sure he will recommend surgery.  His office asked me to bring my copy of the MRI I had done at a local hospital in Feb.  The surgeon that I have the appointment with has done over 2500 neck surgeries and has patents on some of the new techniques he has developed.  Hopefully, I will be in good hands.  His office said depending on what decision he makes and what surgery is needed, if that's the next step, that after surgery, I may get to go home the same day or only stay overnight in the hospital.  I haven't had surgery since 2003, when I cut my finger off and they re-attached it so, I have not looking forward to this.  Hopefully, all will go well if surgery is the next step.
