Nearing 1 month GF!
It's been over a week or so since my last update as I've been pretty busy which I guess is a good thing. Well it is day 26 without gambling and nearning a 1 month milestone. I've also survived a pay and the urges are getting less and less however, it is earlier days and I'm not going to get ahead of myself! The measures I've put in place are working and I am very conseous of past mistakes which I plan to learn from and not make the same mistake twice! I hope everyone is doing well. Bear. P.S. - how does this progress thing work its been on 4% for ages!!

WTG Bear.. I think it is \'27 days now since you are a day ahead of me \'\'EST.. LOL.. \'\'yes 4 % is the low. LOL. Maybe go into progress area and set it again \'isn\'t there a box when you do a Journel entry a graph ?. I don\'t do it so am not the most keen \'helper in this area.
