NC Vacation

I just got back from a week long trip to NC.  I went down for a friend's wedding with my boyfriend.  Sadly, we didn't get to the wedding.  Somehow, my bf got shingles and was too itchy to go.  We went swimming instead which was very nice.  I sincerely missed home though.  I have a serious problem with heat and the room we were staying in had a high and a low for a/c.  I was too hot usually but I couldn't freeze him out of the room.  Regardless, I had a good time although if I were to go again I''d go in the spring or fall.  Summer sucks.
