I would love to do the no contact thing.  She and I own this house and though she is gone for steadily for the past 2 months most of her things are still here.  It is very upsetting when she makes an unexpected appearance, which she is entitled to do by law.  I am hoping she will stay away for another 2 months at least.  Today she popped in and stayed for about 1 1/2 hrs packing and putting things in her car.  During the time she was here she told my son that she was going to file an order to have us removed, me and my 99 year old mother.  Because she and I are the owners, she cannot do that and she knows that but she loves shooting off her big mouth and threatening people.
