Naughty me

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I was really bad yesterday with the candy, and I held myself accountable by putting it out there for the world to see, in all it's self-depricating glory.  Sooo.. I'm posting here exactly what I ate.  (Hope this posts right - and of course it didn't, so editing now.)
Ok, plan B..  I'm posting a link to what I ate yesterday.  It actually goes straight to my myfitnesspal.com food log.

Breaking it down, 950 of my 1515 calories yesterday were candy and junk.  169 of my carbs out of 220 were junk.  And to put a positive spin on it, I did get 6 grams of protein out of it. lol
I also log my vitamins here, because my chewables/sublinguals also have a teeny bit of calories & carbs.
Ok, I think I've confessed enough about yesterday, I feel better.
Packing it up and moving on to today - a MUCH better day so far.

Krista, I just love your honesty.... keeping everything real. My mom used to say, \"Well, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again.\" & \"Today is a new day with new hopes and new dreams\" I can not tell you how many times I can apply that to my day!! ~ Kim
