Naturopath Appointment

So today I went for my first consult with the naturopath. The medications were expensive but I did like how he listened to what I had to say, and really tailored things to my specific problems. The medications arn't cheap but I feel if they work they are worth every cent. He also told me certain foods to eat more of to help with my specific issues. So I feel it's very much tailored to me, which is something I felt positive about!
I am on iron suppliments, Estrogen stabilizers and Progesterone stabilizers. Instead of pumping my body full of estrogen or progesterone it stabilizer the natural levels, so if I make too much or not enough it will give it a healthy balance. The estrogen stabilizer are used for women with breast cancer he told me. Then I had the Iron suppliments so that iron is going back into my body when I lose so much blood on my period. He mentioned that when so much blood is lost the body finds it hard to replenish it and if you don't have enough there its easily lost on your period (heavy bleeding). So I hope that helps too =)
I am feeling positive, I should have some results he said by 2-4 weeks especially considering the high dosage I am on right now, he said this is since I have had so much trouble for so long my body would need some extra support, with time these dosages will lessen. 
 
I realise the endo will always grow.. but I just want to combat the pain.. I can deal with growth later down the track if its an issue, but the pain ruins my quality of life so much. So thats my main priority.
