Dealing with someone who's narcissistic, bipolar and an alcoholic is one of the hardest battles I've ever encountered in my life. I'm at the point of believing that what he says is true.

Wren. I have a husband who is definitely a narcissist.
I’ve written many times. He blames me for everything. There was a point I started believing I was to blame. And thankfully I thought long and hard about it and realized it’s all him. I am husbands “punching bag” so to speak. He takes the guilt or blame from himself and puts it on me.
I hope things get better for you.
I probably am not much help as I am going through many things myself.
But I do post on DS a lot and I’ve gotten lots of very good advice. I have to get myself together to start doing some of it !
