N-Word Spots

I still havenae found a resonating substitute for the now politically incorrect, "Normal," so, N-Word it is. . .

Launching the school train in the dark has been challenging this week, especially the part where my light sensitive eyes are dealing with automotive headlights on narrow country roads. The doc-a-thon added to the stress load. This morning's end of school run drive found me craving the n-word cup of quiet and coffee I hadnae found the time enjoy since Monday. Have I found an n-word spot?

In my psychotheraputed approach to finding healthier norms to take the place of the criminal norms of my childhood, I donae look to become a new person. Would if I could, but here in that confusing time between naps (reality) yesterme is all I have to work with for today's slice of life. Even a Hollywood superstar is only pretending when they take on their silver screen personas. Rumor has it that that is N-Word for their Line of Work. Dunno. . .  I donae believe being a Hollywood superstar is on my option list for today, either, N-Word or Knot.

In my psychotheraputed approach to N-Wording, I find myself looking for N-Word spots. Those subtle spots where we can take our lives on this little ship of fools for granted. I am still grappling for words to speak the sense, but I sure am enjoying my post-school run quiet cup this morning. Hope I will be able to take it for granted the day after the children return from their week on the other branch on the family tree. The sunrise is forecast for 7:29 that morning. School drop-off time. But the light arrives before the sun. There will be enough daylight to dim the automotive lights a shade or three.

I still havenae lost the feeling that I am sending the children across enemy lines by allowing the visitation. That sure puts a damper on the vacay feel of losing the childcare duties for a week, butttttttaaaaa. . . Only one more day before I determine which lines the enemy will be firing across. Dare I pray that the attacking branch of the family tree will at least let us know if they are still lawered up and playing with big guns? Can there be peace in the children's lives?

Just praying. . . Again I leave the mood icon on the rapid cycling median. It's a crazy ol' world we live in.

I couldn't agree with you here more. I got to see one of my favorite singer/songwriters perform "The Trouble With Normal" live two years ago. It was one of the highlights of my life, arfie. I was on the front row as he sang about the N-word:

Callous men in business costume speak computerese
Play pinball with the Third World trying to keep it on its knees
Their single crop starvation plans put sugar in your tea
And the local Third World's kept on reservations you don't see
"It'll all go back to normal if we put our nation first"
But the trouble with normal is it always gets worse
The trouble with normal is it always gets worse

True, that.

Yea, you mentioned this fellow before in your opposition to the N-Word, Muji. I think you even told me his name once. Me and names. . . Of course I forgot his name. I was embarrassed enough to try to surf for the tidbit, but got a book instead of a song. Has your favorite singer become a self-help author? I amnae embarrassed enough to research any further. The political corrections on my use of the N-word have been intense enough that I sincerely wish some of the objectors would help me find a better word for ^it^ instead of just rocking our little ship of fools any further.

Just wanting to stabilize this little ship of fools after a harrowing string of tragedies. Sorry to have offended your favorite singer/songwriter yet again. Will look for a less offensive word for our healing needs after I have the brain space to worry about political corrections.

I enjoyed that cup of coffee, even with the maligned word for ^it^. Sorry for the offensive verbage. My Robocop (Internet Security) Hubby is equally apologetic. His business costume is blue jeans and tees, but that is the N-Word costume for the computerese masters

I promise I will look for a more proper word for ^it^ after the ship of fools has stabilized. Advance apology to all others who are offended by the N-word. Please allow forgiveness in the sick room. Improper verbage isn't the meanest symptom on this stormy ride. Better words for ^it^ will be an appreciated improvement on the political correction theme.

Prayers in progress that our humble wish for predictable mornings doesnae condemn us to becoming a monster in a song or crusader blog. Just praying.
