Hi my friends, I had my first treatment by a myotherapist trained by Bonnie Prudden. www.bonnieprudden.com She nailed my trigger points using her elbow and a wooden device. When I went in for therapy, my leg muscles were tight and painful. The therapy released the muscles and my legs feel much better tonight. She gave me stretches that I need to do three times a day. I will see her again on Friday and then see the Active Release therapist and he will stretch out the muscles. I think the combination of the two therapies will help me a lot. Will keep you posted.
