Myoclonus

Myoclonus....a quick, involuntary muscle jerk!  This is what I have been experiencing that I called my twitching. The MS specialist said she had never seen anyone with it before. I was devastated.  I searched the internet and finally found out what it is called under tics.  It is a symptom of a nervous system disorder commonly found in MS.  So, how is it that the MS specialist has never seen it before?  How is it that what I have going on is not neurological?  I see my doc tomorrow morning and I am going to demand that he order an MRI of the spine and do an LP.  He works for me and he will do what I want! LOL yeah right...If there are no lesions on the spine, then I give up! I don't know what is going on.  I have had quite a bit of stress lately and yesterday I had a bad day.  I have been searching the internet trying to find a disease or illness that fits my symptoms.  I only fit under MS...I truly would like to not have MS or anything else, but my body says there is something wrong.
Hoping the doc will do as I wish....
