My struggle
I know how to manage the every day anxieties: stress at work, being stuck in traffic, taking exams, all that good stuff. When I'm in an intimate relationship, that's another story. My anxiety goes through the roof and I feel as though I'm a different person. I lose control of who I am and my internal alarm system becomes faulty. Others who I wouldn't think twice about become a threat. I want to learn to control my alarm system before I drive myself and partners crazy.
