My Strengths and Weaknesses as a Filmmaker

Looking back on my old Super-8mm film stuff I shot as a kid, my first directorial efforts, on the way to upload to youtube, am thinking "Man, I haven't changed a bit".  My strength as a filmmaker(perhaps as a human being) seems to be that I'm very visual.  My weakness seems to be that I'm very visual lol.  I fall in love with the image and ignore or disregard story and character.  I'm working on it...
