My story of my Rape

hey the first time iv wrote in this so dont really know what to say! 
 
i was abused and raped 2 weeks ago by my friend from work but i cant bring myself to duscuss it further yet as im here sittting in tears anyway i contacted police they came took a 8 hour statement, and a full medical examination. after that ii was told he was charged and on bail :( now 2 weeks on and iv heard nothing from police i cant sleep eat and dont want to do anything at all just lie in my bed n cry ... i at one point though about killing myself:( pls can someone help me give me advice
