My son's angel Day
I have had questions about what is happenning on July 6th. Many may not know that July 6th, 4 years ago, my son was killed in a car accident by a drunk driver. He was 37 at the time of his death. He left 3 children behind, 15, 11 and 4. He was divorced. He was my youngest son by my first marriage. He had a lot of issues but, I loved him anyway. What I hate about this is, his life mirrored mine, in so many ways. So what's happening July 6th. I will be visiting my son's grave and just hanging out for a while as I have done every year since he died. I am ok so don't anyone get alarmed that may read this. It's just that I get a little down this time of year when most people are celebrating the 4th, having cookouts, and family get togethers.

My thoughts are with you...I cannot say I know how you feel, so I\'ll just say a prayer. The death of a child is unnatural, the parents are supposed to go first. Call your grandchildren and find out how they are spending the day. Just a thought.

Awww my sincerest sympathies!! I also struggle this time of year.... my mom died on June 27th 1990, her b-day was June 30th......in 82\' I found my best friend shot to death...her b-day was the 4th of July and mine is the 5th of July. It\'s a bittersweet time of year for me.....I cannot say though that I truly understand your loss....as I have no children.
My thoughts love and prayers are with you at this difficult time.....although they are all in a much better place than we are and for that I am joyous! They are now in the loving arms of the Lord!! We will see them again!!
