My shoulder
My shoulder nerve is burning. This happens sometimes so hoping to get a good adjustment tomorrow. Mom's back hurts but she did laundry today. No stopping her. We both had naps after lunch and it was so good just to sit back in my lazyboy!
I wanted to get the vacuuming done today but the nap put an end to that! Oh well, there is next week!

Sounds like you had a nice, relaxing day, apart from the shoulder pain. Ouch! Hope the adjustment helps.

Didn\'t vacuum, sadly but went to the good chiro today and I feel so much less pressure in my back and neck. We got take out and after eating, we had NAPS!! Feeling better.
