My selective memory
Yesterday, while I was writing my journal, I totally forgot how I had a breakdown when I couldn't figure out a way to pay the power, and ended up uncontrollably sobbing for a while. Makes me wonder what else I have forgotten to mention.
Today I made some progress. I talked to the food stamps people in person, and he told me what I needed to do to get that interview, and a number to call. He also told me I could apply for FL disability (which is different than SSI). I wouldn't get any money, but I could get Medicaid- which means I could see a doctor and get back on my meds. It could take from a month to 90 days to get approved, or as little as 2 weeks. I don't know when I'm going to be approved for disability, but hopefully I can get back on my meds soon. The hallucinations are coming back, and I can feel that hole of depression inside of me. *sigh*
