my room

i started cleaning my room today, i was up there for about an hour, i broke down...the feeling was so sudden, i was listening to music, cleaning and all of a sudden i found myself currled in a ball in the corner sobbing, i came down stairs and cooled off, i didnt cut. this is the first time i didnt cut after crying like that...
