My Ride
Today as I did my bike ride I made an effort not to clinch my hands so tight on the handle bars .Its funny how the entire ride was so much more enjoyable .The colors were brighter,smells stronger and the overall experience so much more positive . Funny but I guess the open hand is better than the clinched fist

Good for you! We should all enjoy the little things, and open hands compared to a closed fist may seem like something little but can make such a big difference! Have a great day!
