My replacement

When I was trained to do my job I was trained for two weeks before I was even allowed to pickup a phone and it was months before I could do it alone. My replacement is still not even hired and I have to train this person to do my job alone before Friday. Boy am I glad I'm the one leaving instead of the one left behind to do the job with a newbie to train. After Tennessee I go back to work for four days, then I leave for maybe a month with the surgery. If I can get more than a month I'm taking it. My boss actually asked me if I would come in during my recoop time if things get real bad, just to help out. HELL NO! I told him a month ago about this. What is the saying? Lack of planning on their part does not constitute an emergency on my part. I'm such a bitch sometimes but I'm really looking forward to this time off.
