My pain filled life

What a lonely pain filled life I'm living and have been for the past 3 years. It's been so long since I've been able to really say what I've been going through.
I have no children and no family to speak of. I've made several attempts at making friends here in this tiny town, but with no success. I've never been this lonesome in my life and I'm 56 years old.
This osteoarthritis has gotten much worse and I've noticed a drastic change since moving here 3 years ago. I have been unable to get out and walk because of the dogs, there is no leash law here and they WILL bite. I've had to fight off too many of them. So I had to stop going for walks, which was always my favorite exercise.  I can't drive anymore, I don't have a car. I can't afford one on my little disability. My pain level is off the charts, I cannot find a doctor who will do more for me than give me 50mg 3 times a day Tramadol. I'm in trouble and I don't know where to turn. I need help. I'm depressed and it's difficult to feel much of anything anymore.
On top of all of this, I just found out an elderly lady passed away in my apartment and lay here in my living room a week because she had no one and nobody bothered to check on her. That could be me in the future. This is the worst place I have ever lived. I see no way to leave.
I don't have any pictures of myself. My last computer got a big virus that wiped it out, so everything is gone.
