My old nasty buddy..TN

I am now up to 300 mg of trileptal in the evening and 150 mg in the mornng. I had pain last night a few times and had to take hydrocodone. I feel that I was in remission until I had the auto accident. I neurologist told me last week that a sudden jolt to your body can probably cause TN.  Wonder if anyone else had the same experience.
