BMR = 2056 total calories needed for little or no exercise, even though I do WAY more = 2467 I need to eat about 17000 cal/week to stay the same, with no exercise. If I put my cal down to 10000/wk, I would be losing at least 2 lbs a wk if not more depending on the deficit from exercise. So that's roughly 1400 cal/day. EASY! :-D Makes me happy, in fact, I'm gonna go eat something right now :-P Skinny me, here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!
