My Mom is a Survivor

I wanted to write yesterday, but it was my Ami's birthday. I wanted to celebrate but have been swamped with therrible tinnitus that keeps getting worse and worse. I settled for having family over, ordering chinese food in and enjoying the children. We wrote on the helium balloons like we did last year and ran up the hill to release them into the gentle breeze. I cried when they weren't watching as i felt my girl close by. How she would have loved to have been there and us with her. So i am going to add this poem, it is not my own of course and may have been on here before but here it is again.
My mom is a Survivor
My mom is a survivor,
or so I've heard it said. But i can hear her crying
when all the others are in bed. I watch her lay awake at night
and go to hold her hand. She doesn't know I'm with her
to help her understand. But like the sands upon a beach
that never wash away...I watch over my surviving mom
who thinks of me each day. She wears a smile for others,
a smile of disguise. But throught heaven's open door,
I see tears flowing from her eyes. My mom tries to cope with my
death, to keep my memory alive. But anyone who knows her,
knows it's her way to survive. As i watch over my surviving mom
through Heaven's open door...I try to tell her that Angels protect me forevermore.  I know that doesn't help her,
or ease the burdens she bears. So if you get a chance, call to her
And show her that you care. For no matter what she feels,
my surviving mom has a broken heart that time won't ever heal.

I have never read this before and of course this had to be written by a mother who knows this path...

Rose, thank you for sharing this poem with us.

I know my problems with
Tinnitis decrease when I take natural anti inflammatory herbs and supplements and follow a diet that low in sugars. I also take herbs to decrease candida and my \"whistle\" goes down from about an 8 to a 1 or 2. I have no medical expertise and I know you have tried everything, probably even this!
