My migraine wont go away!!

I have had a migraine for 4 days.  I keep taking something and although it does ease it some, it has not went away even for an hr!!  I am soooo irritated!  It all started on Wednesday morning.  I woke up with a bad migraine so I took exedrine migraine like I normally do but this time it didn't help so I took more then I took 4 500 mg tylenol and then I took more excedrine!  Nothing would kick this killer headache.  Thursday I woke up and it was better but as the day progressed it got worse.  Finally went to the doctor and got a prescription.  She told me she thinks it is a mixed headache.  A migraine and also sinus pressure.  Ugh.  So she gave me steriods two nasel sprays and told me to take robitessin every 4 hours and also midrid a migraine medicine.  I have taken the maximum I can take and although it is a little better it isnt going away! It gets better but comes back full force before I can take any more of the meds! I am soooo frustrated.  If it isn't gone by monday the doctor is refering me to a neurologist.  I just want sweet relief!
