I'm so happy to join this support group!!!!
I look forward to hearing/reading your ways of encouragement, depression is hard.
I've set up a YouTube channel where I share my story bits about my battle with depression and find HOPE to live for today. I hope you can watch some of the videos. My last one I shared about the Panic Attack that landed me in the hospital for 3 days and how a scripture brought me to my knees to 'choose' life over death. It's never been easy, but I know with God all things are possible, Yet God never promised for all things to be easy.
I also have a blog that I haven't wrote much at but I plan to hopefully do so. I have 4 children so you know time is limited, and also the fatigue and self care that I must do to keep myself afloat often comes before I can take time to sit down and write.

Haven\'t established a blog or vidblog. But, DS is an excellent place to get encouragement from others. Here are a few suggestions:
I listen to Klove radio on my computer. Or smart phone. They can be found at klove.com. The station motto is \"positive and encouraging\".
I have another forum here on DS. Champions of Christ church. Here I try to post scripture hug daily. I also post devotionals, and links to some uplifting music videos.
That\'s just a few suggestions. Just to get you started!!

I am a baby Christian and just recently had a tattoo put on my right arm which is a cross and underneath it says Philippians 4:13. Thank you Mary for telling us about K Love. I will look that up too.
