My Little girl is sick
This morning, Kona was having a hard time peeing. Squatting and nothing coming out. Paul got urine sample and had blood in it.
Thank goodness, Paul went to Vet and got antibiotics. Hoping she is feeling better in a day or so. Have had to take her out 2x an hour. (You women certainly understand how uncomfortable it is to have kidney/bladder infection!) Praying no kidney stones.
Scares me to death! Lost Kahlua due to kidney failure. (She was 13.) Lost my cat Sneakers at age 17 due to kidney failure. So to have gotten my little girl with ongoing kidney issues just kills me!
She gets these infections, 1-2 times a year. I have to give her antibiotics for 20 days! $40 for the lab fee for the urine sample, $85 for the antibiotics. Ugh!
Got 4 fires last week and already 3 this week!
I did get to the YMCA this AM. 35 minutes treadmill. 15 minutes upper body weights.

Aww poor Kona! That sounds horrible =[. Hope she gets better fast!
Oh no for Kona - yes, the pain is awful but to think this is twice a year, ongoing is very difficult. When our pets/kids suffer we suffer with them.

So sorry! I know how I felt when the best cat I ever had, Genevieve, suddenly died at home. Our furry friends are SO DEAR to us! Love you, Yvette.

Oh, I am so sad with you for your Kona. Here\'s praying and hoping Kona recovers quickly this time. You are so dedicated to her...as I\'m sure she is to you, my Friend.
