my likes and loves about trains

i love how theres manny different types of wheel configuration like for exzample if ya had a 4-4-0 that means 4 powerd wheels and 4 driver wheelsi aslo love how much work the transcontinetal railraod was to make and aslo is to maintain and to give ya a idea ill tell ya how much work they put into it wich it would go like this Chirls crocker the construction boss of central pacific railraod herd that the Union Pactific Laborers had laid 7 miles of track in one day he boasted to Dr. Thomas Durant th vicepresident of the union pacific that his men could lay 10 miles of track in one day this exchange of boasted intitaled Dr. Durant to wager 10,00 that it coud not be done by laborers of the Central Pacific Mr.crocker was up for the challenge and asked for volunteers from his crew if the selected laborers were able to compleat the task and lay the 10 miles of track in a day they would be paid four times the normal wage so at 7 am the morning of april 28th 1896 crocker and his crew of 1,400 men began laying down the tracks by 9 am 2 miles had alredy been compleated by lunch breack 6 miles ad been compleated the laborers worked untill 7 pm that evening the union pacific surveyors were then called upon to mesure the distance of the distance compleated the total was 10 miles and fifty-six feet the central pascific and won the challenge and defeated the union pacifics record a total of 3,520 rails and28,160 spikes and14,080 nuts and bolts were used that day to compleat the job last i herd they mostly use it now for frieght trains and have a three track strech for a phew miles becase it gets so bussy it took 6 years to compleat it 1863-1869 the exzact date for it to be compleated was may 10th 1869 wich would w/ that awsome timming left the anniversry of its compleation 2 days after my birthday iaslo think it was aswome they used a golden spike to use as the last spike to drive in not may ppl know tho the golden spike has some relitives wich are a silver spike and i blent irhon and silver and gold spike i aslo love the U.P.( Union Pacific ) 4-8-84 Bigboy wich is as to my knolage the stongest steam locomotive aslo i resontly herd that No.4014 Bigboy was getting restord and put back to serviis on the U.P. railraod wich should take about last i herd about 5 years or soaslo did ya know AberHam Licon founded on July 1st 1862 with the act of the pacific railway act?any how i aslo love the 2-6-2 Class A4 No. 4468 Mallard steam locomotve wich was degined by Sir nigel Greasly and built by LNER Doncaster works wich hold s a speed record for fastest steam locomotive for fastest steam locomotiove ever built with a speed of 125.88 mph *202.58km/h*and thats relly fast considering the 165 tons including the weight of the tender includied plus i love how the class A4 are verry comfterble to drive or have the job of the firemen wich is to controll the fire at the needed rate and make shure it dont go out of controll further more they kave to keep up w/ the driver of the locomotive wich there jobe is to man the thrust and watch fo signals as to my knolage o and a neet thing is that if ya go to a certin railraod theres a 0-3-0 steam locomotive wich happens to be on a monorail al tho its verry inafishant becase there has to be doubble the man power and both sides of the drivers and firemen have to do exzacly the same thing at the same time becase of balance ishus now its a giving that one rail means cheaper track but i persionly would not stick w/ it if i owned a railroad myself becase it be difficult to work with i aslo like jonh luther jones aka the real casey jones he work for the I.C.R. (illinoise central railraod) born in missouri march 14 1863 died april 30 1900 asside on april 30 1900 he alone was killed when his passenger train the cannonball express collided with a stalled frieght train at Vaughan,mississippi on a foggy and rainy night is his dryamatic death trying to stop his train and save life made him a hero he was imoritalised in a popular ballad sung by his friend Wallas Saundersi aslo like jesus garcia a mexian railraod hero who died by driving a steam locomtoive pulling a train fo dynimight on fire away from a towntheres aslo Kate Shelly who i liek she was just a teenage girl and she had to crawl on a bridge in flood raining condison to stop a midnight express from crossing a bridge that was outi liek aslo the story of John Henry for the Value of hard work its not proven wherer or not john henry was real or not but id like to hope and think he wasim a big fan of the 2-2-0 Tom Thumb steam locomotive wich was built by Peter Cooper and ran on the B.&O. railraod ( baltimore and ohio railraod NOT body oder railrod ) wich was the first american built steam locomotive and aslo lost to a race to a hourse but even tho it lost it proved it self a worthy in the futre means of transport becase had it not had technical difficultys it would have woni aslo loove the hats and patches they look so cooli love the music that is from trains themselfs the songs sound so awsomeand funi aslo love the whisels of steam locomotives mostly becase each one is uniquie and if they ran by commonly u could learn to tell wich locomotive was passing throoi aslo love cabooses of a train wich was used for work ment on trains becase driving a train is like trying to drive a huge sail boat just no boat and on rails and w/ a locomotive * lost of teamwork *the ealier the time of able to drive a locomotive of any sort the more ull find team work is key becase of unforseen weather and aslo if ya go back in time far enoght ull find ppl had to apply breacks to each car by hand wich can be dangerous in saver weather becase you can fall then get ran over by a oncomming train of different tracks adjasent to the tracts the train ur working on is useingi aslo love hourshue curve the sharpets railraod trun in the world i like it becase of the how shapr of a trun it is but i aslo appreate it becase last i her the northfol sou8ther railroad uses that for a means to trasport coal to trun into electrisityu wich is aslo a resion why hitler tryed to destroy it so then he could cut off eclectisty and suplys on that rout but failedi aslo love the 4-2-0 (altho built by stephnson as an 0-4-4)john bull locomotive alternivtly moslty i like it becase it sounds toufgh and it looks interestingi aslo love handcars/pumper cars there prposu is like for aiding shunters wile low onfule as to my knolagei aslo find im extreamly greatfull for the modern way of wiching mass amount of tracks and keeping a railraod schedual becase by hand its alot harder then it sound and furthere more i dont think ppl should not be expected to keep up in the harse demand for perfection and speed and have the presshure of one screw up means a crashed train w/ a death count of ppl died from the crash  
and btw to the ppl who dont like trains never say you dont use trains becase thats disrespectfull i mean not all prudocts are shipped by truck or airplane  accosr the land infact it was the only way in the early days of the trains that can shipp goods w/ out things llike food  going bad and w/ out it taking to long furhter more if traisn wernt here  im shure there be aot fo cannals all over the palce
bottom line TRAINS AND THE LOCOMOTIVE THAT PULL THEM ROCK
