My life is a joke

Well in one week my boyfriend breaks up with me, my dog dies, I lose hearing perminitly in one ear, my job screws me over, and I mess up on being a month clean from selfharm. I don't understand what I did wrong in life to deserve all this. It's like i was just born to fail...My parents and fmaily hate me, I only have one friend and he still barely talks to me...I'm just worthless I don't understand why I don't just kill myself already...
