My Laparoscopic surgery

Well first and foremost I have been trying to conceive for a while now with no luck. I was told by one of my RE that I should have a HSG done so I did last year and found out that my left tube was blocked a bit at the end. However, I had the laparoscopic surgery done on Friday in which my doctor stated that everything was fine and my left wasn't blocked...i have the pics and everything. Im happy that everything is good but I'm still confused as to how I'm still not getting pregnant ??? I do have PCOS, and I am also having my period every month on time...however, I have been taking medications to make me ovulate..and still nothing...I'm just dumb founded as to why im not getting pregnant??? I'm tired of being told that everything is okay...because I feel like there is still something is wrong!!!
