In January 2016 what I thought was a kidney stone turned out to be kidney cancer. one month later they took my right kidney. SO for the next two years they did every thing they could to protect the left kidney. Test after test to make sure it was ok. I lost my insurance for about a year and when I got it back the first thing I did was have every test possible to make sure my left kidney was ok. And it was. But having some back problems, the did a MRI and it showed some stuff on my hip. So they followed up with CT scans and gave me two years because the cancer had come back in the bones. All that watching the kidney and no one ever said a word that it could come back in my bones. Now they tell me nothing much to do but wait it out. So I find myself trying to set things up so my wife will be ok. And of course trying to keep a good attitude, I have decided to work on a bucket list so I can spend what time I have left with my wife in a good way
