my journey
ok, so things have been really hard, but today was alot easier. I even felt a little more less lathargic. I want to improve my health, and live. I think with the weight gone, I will feel better. I just didn't have the reason to loose weight, so I gained it all back. Now, I relize that even though my husband says " I love you no matter what you look like" I need to loose the weight again to be healthy for him and my kids.

i know exactly what you mean, my husband was the same way too, until he seen my weight sky rocket and to my heaviest, he is concerned and told me he wants me to be here to see our children grow up and graduate, and he wants to grow old with me, and thats why im so greatful for herbalife coming to my life at the right time. You are wonderful just by reading your journals i know you will do great. dont give up hope.
