my impending breakup

here's the recent news. Right after new years the wife emailed me and said that she didn't want to come back. She doesn't want to go back to being the wife, mother, confidant, etc. She wants to be on her own.  She has proposed a separation legally so that I and our son can stay on insurance which is a good deal for us.  I have asked for her to do counseling and she refuses. She said she can't talk to a counselor (which, of course, means she wONT talk to a counselor).  And that is that. how am I coping? surprisingly well.  I guess I didn't know how strong I was
