My husband wants to get rid of his voice.

My husband told me yesterday that his therapist and himself decided a good first, small step would be to work on making his voice sound more feminine.

Small step.

This "small step" has hit me harder than anything else.

He wants to get rid of the voice I find so sexy. The voice that when he first told me he loved me, I broke out in tears and said, "You don't know how happy it makes me to hear that." The very same voice that vowed to be my husband for the rest of our days.

He won't be content till every piece of his masculinity is gone, will he? And I'll mourn for that man for the rest of my days.
