My hearts desire..

"That which has not been embraced by you, imprisons you."
This is my desire: To embrace ALL things with Love and the Innocence of a child. To be self-loving, self-forgiving!
My five major triggers with people are: Phoniness, Used, Abused, Neglected and Rejection. I am willing to walk into that dark tunnel and acknowledge the way 'I', out of fear and being taught, have used, abused, neglected, rejected and been a phony to others and then find a place of forgiveness for myself and embrace myself for 'not knowing' any different.
I am a little afraid, yet, I am excited...I've been led to this point and I am willing to enter.
Happy Sunday all!

You know differently now, and can only change each new NOW.

Feeling \"a little afraid\" makes sense, to me, since all our fears are in the past, so to review your major triggers will require you to remember past emotional attachments to mis-judgments (?) of using your conditioned beliefs in the NOW. (Huh! ) And, having \"a little anxiety\" about the future makes SENSE, since you naturally fear reviewing and re-feeling past stored pains. BUT, since you are more aware and accepting of your imperfectness\', and of your ability to let go of judgments, the actions you desire to achieve this year can be less of a challenge, emotionally, than any other period in your HOW\'S.

Thank you for all your help since our Friendship began, and maybe I will journal my desires for the coming HOW\'S soon too.

Happy Saturday all!

Those \"HOW\'S\" were Freudian slips to my typing-finger. \"NOW\'S\" will probably make more since, I mean sense, when the sentences are read again in the next noW.

Yes, life is always presenting me with opportunities. As I sat in the silence, I saw so many ways I used, abused, neglected, rejected and was a phony with my children. I am sure there is much more to come, but I own it all knowing I was innocent when I did this; it came from all the behaviors I had learned/been taught. And...the same for my parents. Knowing this forgiveness for myself and my parents a little easier. I am feeling good doing this...lots of tears, but it feels right. Off to work. It\'s a beautiful, brisk, sunshiny day here. I love it. Have a great Saturday! xo
