My heart beats so fast...

I slept so terribly last night because my heart was beating so fast and it kept me up.I couldn't sleep on my left side at all.It was better if I was on my back, but I'm not used to sleeping on my back. It's still beating like crazy today.I took my pulse and I don't have an elevated heart rate, so I don't think it's something to worry about.It has only been 3 1/2 weeks since I went to the ER for the PE. I think this is probably a normal part of recovery...yet I still find it disconcerting. I am torn between feeling like I need to rest today (It is Saturday!) and be gentle on my bodyand wanting to get ouf of the house and dsitract myself from this odd sensation. Perhaps there is a happy medium... Maybe I'll make a run to the craft store for a brief distraction and come home and craft.Or go to the video store and come home and watch a movie.
