My grand daughter

Yesterday I went and watched my granddaughter compete in her first horse show of the year and she was just outstanding.  But it was so hard being there because my son would have been so proud of her and what she did.  I really have a hard time forgiving him when I see things like this and know he is not there to support his child and give her praise.  She was very close to him and to have here loose her Dad in the way she did is just wrong.  I miss him so much but I hope someday I can forgive him.  We are going to be tending both his children over night today while their mother takes a break and goes out of town with some friends.  They are both such wonderful kids and we love them very much.
