My godfathers death could have been prevented vader

I had to write this column because I have learned that my adoptive godfathers death could have prevented.It amazes me in this day and age with all of the advertising about mens health and those silly ads for the gyms and such that a great deal of men like him chose not to go to the doctor.It is a known fact that men do not go to doctors until it is too late.There have been many articles about it and there was a talk show about it a few years ago.Men who have the symptoms do not necessarily get pancreatic cancer and he could have been diagnosed early.He could have been on this new medication and this medication is just for men.Why do some men fear cancer? It doesnt mean that is will be a fatal thing.But he started to go to the bathroom a lot and he figured that it was just too much coffee.He was a well respected editor and everyone knows that the newspaper business hasnt been good in the last few years and he has been working very long hours.Back In New York...there are certain people that you cant say Boo to them and if they say anything about them in the paper even if it is postive they call and threaten to sue.What these so called uppity people do not know is that with our Presidents established the first paper....they did not make a distinguished on what a public figure is.And this debate still goes on.What is a public figure?Who are they? Doesnt anyone know? But if you ask me...some of them are very uppitty! Some people back In New York are born into money and if they are...they feel that they are priviledge so when any of them goes into a store or a restaurant and does not pay like what happened to that waitress on the Tavern on the Green...this makes the news.And when this happens...it has to be printed.It wasnt meant to be or caused an embarrassment.If they didnt want to be printed...they should have paid and not given a working person trouble.My godfather has stated this so many times.To print someone else..is libel.And Libel now can be proved easily and there goes the paper...so please watch what you see or do back in New York.My godfather gave to a great deal of charities.He organized many fundraisers.And he was always a fair boss.But his life was cut short because he had very severe sympotms and wouldnt go to a doctor and this phobia people have about doctors because of a few bad apples that have made the news...must stop.Doctors in New York work long hours.Some of them it takes at least 25 years to pay all of the loans off...so please dont tell me that they are all rich.I know for a fact that many are not.So men...do us ladies a favor...when you are sick...GO TO A DOCTOR!tHANK YOU FROM VADER AND HER CATS.
