I am glad to hear your struggles and victories. My doc says my a1c is higher then last visit. Gee, I wonder if it had anything to do with the amount of chocolate I have been eating? lol. I guess I should be worried. All I want is go to sleep, I am tired. I don't like the physical aspect of my job. It wares me out. I typically eat or fall asleep when get home. Sometimes both. I am trying to be 'good' and be better when I eat. once I get started at home, I have all kinds of stuff I shouldn't eat, but I do.
