My first support group
Hi, im not really sure how this works. Ive been kinda down lately. I found out when i was 18 years old that i had PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrom) and im now 24. It upset me then and it still upsets me to this day. My husband has been more supportive than he should ever have to be with my mood swings and crazy need to have a baby. He wants to have a baby too i just think since he is a man he doesnt have that weird maturnal feeling to carry a child and want it AS bad. We have been trying trying for about 6-8 months before that for a few years it was kinda just if it happened it happened and we would have been thrilled. We have been together for 10+ years and not once have i been pregnant. I get so down on my self everytime i see a new friend on facebook post that they just found out they were pregnant or posting baby news of any kind. The ones that really get me down is the friends that find out their pregnant and they have been together less than a year. OR the girl i work with that tricked her husband to getting pregnant (she switched her BC to pills and she pretended to take them and now a month later she is pregnant and he didnt want a kid right now, they have only been married a year).I try to be happy for them and I am I guess I just get mad because i wonder like why cant this be me,we have been together so long love each other and want a child (or two) and have done everything right to try and have one. I go in april to talk about starting metformin as a was to try and concieve, but my husband isnt 100% on board. I guess he just alway thought of convieving without help or medication. To be honest I think im a little nervous about taking medication too but, if thats all it take I would be thrilled. I know some women dont have it that easy. Does anyone have any tips on how to concieve naturally? Also does anyone have any tips to make my days easier and not so depressing? TIA
