My First Journal Post
Okay, I'll be honest with you. I'm posting this journal entry mainly because I kept seeing the zero by journal entries and I hate zeros. Perhaps some of you can educate me and tell me the difference between a journal entry and a post. In any case, I thought I would write about my spectacurly great day yesterday. I was coming off of three days of extreme depression. It was a Monday and I really needed to get a lot of work done, it is a much more stressful and demanding week than normal. I don't know what caused the change in mood, but I woke at 5:00am and worked very hard, with great, focused energy for 12 straight hours. AND, I am feeling great again this morning. I wish I knew what caused such a dramatic swing in my mood and could bottle it. For now I will just be thankful for a great day and hope to have another one today. I was up again at 5:00 and am already feeling that really good feeling again. Yeah!!! Good for me. Now let's go do something positive with it.

Hurrah for the ability to get all that work done. Sometimes, just knowing we have a demand to complete can turn off the depression and distract the usual lack of focus energy.
The difference between a journal entry and a public post is who is able to see it. If you post to friends only, only friends can see it. If you post it so only you can see it, then no one can see it. If you post to everyone, then it's like a public post,
Best wishes for you to continue having success and positive energy to do things, enjoy activities!
