My First Entry...
Well, I never wrote in this Journal because before Monday of this week everything seemed the same...now it is Thursday and I cannot tell you how much better I feel since having those 5 trigger point injections done-I slept like a baby last night. I did not fall asleep till 2am but woke up at noon! Did not even get up to go pee. And, I am not sure this is a good thing, but I feel like eating once again! I have had no appetite for months. I just hope this sensation continues...the feeling of relief in those spinal muscles. Praise GOD!

Sorry you hurt so wish just the thought could ease them for you, but didn\'t all those shots hurt, as it makes me want to scream...please take it easy and do not lift anything but remote
