My first appointment with therapist today....

I had my first appointment with a counciler today and it was good.I tried to tell myself i wasnt going to cry but idid and it was ok.She said i have been emotionaly abused and we are going to work on getting my confidence back as i have none.My homework for the week is that if stbx calls me to just say i sorry i dont want to do this dont call me again and put the phone down,if he calls back say exactly the same.I bet he dosent call now but thats a good thing and im ready if he does.lol.
