My Fibromyalgia Journey: Day 8
Day offoff work so what did I decide to do. I decided to clean my bedroom. Big mistake! I am so sore. I can't believe it. I still apparently do not know what my limitations are. I dozed off around 3 o'clock this afternoon and just woke up. Wondering if I am going to be able to sleep tonight. Back to work tomorrow.

I have also found the same thing. I can\'t find my limit when im good. I only guess that is the trick this sickness does that to us. I can do a little or a bunch. I still get punished. I pray you find a limit. Stay happy Kathy.
